Meditation is for everyone.

All age groups and walks of life. Meditation is practised by elite athletes, mothers, executives of multi-national companies, students, celebrities and retirees. The practice is being recommended by more and more physicians for health. Meditation is also being used to restore emotional balance in conditions such as depression, anxiety, hyperactivity and attention deficit disorder. Meditation has been seen to reduce the devastating effects of stress, increase energy, vitality and lead to clearer thinking and a more positive outlook on life.

Meditation is the simplest thing you can do, and yet in some ways also the hardest. As we sit still and try to bring our mind to a meditation object, we begin to see just how unruly the mind really is. We are entering a new internal world that until now we may not have paid so much attention to.

Peters teaching

Peter teaches in a light hearted way that is both from the heart and also from experience. Having completed a nine month solitary meditation retreat, Peter has first hand knowledge of the obstacles that face every meditator.

Karma Coaching teaches meditation to groups of people including social groups, companies and schools. Meditation techniques are tailored to the individuals and can be anything from a one day introduction to a twelve week intensive course.
