happinessTo become happy we need to reduce the stress and worry in our life. In this section of the training, we take a hard, honest look at the facts of how we cause this stress. We can sometimes be our own worst enemy.

In particular, we examine our values and beliefs, because these are what provide the drive and motivation for everything we do. For example, a person who values his or her contribution to society will act differently to someone who values a new pair of shoes.

The skill of 'Internal Communication' will help you pin-point the causes of stress in your life, thus allowing you to do something about it.Then you will be given techniques that you can use to tackle the stress in your life right now.
